FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Any faulty or damaged purchases from your online order can be refunded or replaced (you choose) provided your prompt notification. To do so, you must email or phone the Company within 48 hours from the moment you received your order (the signature on the carrier’s Delivery Slip serving as proof of date of delivery) and send us the picture of damaged product(s). On receipt of your notification and picture, free replacement will be dispatched to you or you will be refunded throught your original payment method.
Customers can return the item(s) or cancel their order. To do so, you must email or phone the Company within 10 working days from delivery of the item(s) (the signature on the carrier’s Delivery Slip serving as proof of date of delivery). For the Company to accept the returned item(s), the customer must follow this procedure:
Contact Glass Dream by email or phone to inform us about your intention to return the item(s).
Replace the product in its complete, undamaged original packaging.
Place the original packaging into protective packaging.
Send parcel to Glass Dream via the shipping provider of your choice.
On receipt of the returned undamaged item(s), the customer will be refunded throught their original payment method. Please Note: For the return to be accepted, it is essential:
That the item(s) itself is in perfect condition.
That it is returned to us in its original packaging (intact, unmarked and not sellotaped).
Where do you deliver?
We ship products to our customers all over the world. For costs of shipping outside the Ireland please contact us by email. We will be happy to provide you with available delivey options. Irish Value Added Tax is deducted for all purchases where delivery is outside the EU.
How do I pay for my purchase?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We also accept payment via PayPal.
